ginger bread biscuits

ingredients:
300g self raising flour
a pinch of salt
3 tsp ground ginger
100g caster sugar
50g butter/margarine
3tbsp golden syrup
4tbsp milk

you will also need:
a sause pan

method
1. heat the oven to 160 c, 325 f, gas mark 3. Grease a baking tray.

2. place flour, salt and ginger into a bowl.

3. warm the sugar, butter and syrup together and add to dry ingredients. Mix well.

4. add milk and mix into a trim consistency. Knead lightly with hands.

5. roll out and cut into any shape and place on the baking tray.

6. bake for about 10-15 minutes until golden.

7. let cool and decorate how you like.
