ginger bread biscuits

ingredients: 300g self raising flour a pinch of salt 3 tsp ground ginger 100g caster sugar 50g butter/margarine 3tbsp golden syrup 4tbsp milk you will also need: a sause pan method 1. heat the oven to 160 c, 325 f, gas mark 3. Grease a baking tray. 2. place flour, salt and ginger into a bowl. 3. warm the sugar, butter and syrup together and add to dry ingredients. Mix well. 4. add milk and mix into a trim consistency. Knead lightly with hands. 5. roll out and cut into any shape and place on the baking tray. 6. bake for about 10-15 minutes until golden. 7. let cool and decorate how you like.                                                           enjoy!!!!!!!! thank you to Be-ro for inspiration 

apple fried pancakes

These sweet treats are perfect for birthdays and rainy days. ingredients: apples (chopped into slices) brown sugar  pancake mix extra equipment: you will need a frying pan. Method: 1. chop up your apple into slices and dip into brown sugar until fully coated. 2. now, fry the apple slices until crisp and golden . 3. now, fry up some pancakes and place your fried apple slices into your pancakes. 4. And finally, sit down and enjoy. cas cooks. 

unicorn rocks

make: 1 slab ingredients: 400g white chocolate gel food colouring (pink, purple and turquoise) sprinkles (any type) edible glitter extra equipment: you will need a cocktail stick method 1. line a baking tray with baking paper and set aside. 2. place the white chocolate in a heatproof bowl and place over a pan of simmering water, stir regularly, until fully melted. 3. remove for the pan, and split equally into three bowls. 4. add1/4 tsp of your food colour into each, then place a spoonful of your coloured chocolate on your baking paper randomly and now use your cocktail stick to swirl together. 5. sprinkle sprinkles on top of your chocolate and leave to set. 6. once hard, break into shards and enjoy. cas cooks.
