make: 1 slab
ingredients:
400g white chocolate
gel food colouring (pink, purple and turquoise)
sprinkles (any type)
edible glitter
extra equipment:
you will need a cocktail stick
method
1. line a baking tray with baking paper and set aside.
2. place the white chocolate in a heatproof bowl and place over a pan of simmering water, stir regularly, until fully melted.
3. remove for the pan, and split equally into three bowls.
4. add1/4 tsp of your food colour into each, then place a spoonful of your coloured chocolate on your baking paper randomly and now use your cocktail stick to swirl together.
5. sprinkle sprinkles on top of your chocolate and leave to set.
6. once hard, break into shards and enjoy.
